True spiritual integration means embodying spiritual insights in daily life by expanding your consciousness, consciously breathing into your feelings, and authentically expressing your creativity.

The Three Stages: Expand · Breathe · Express
The spiritual path opened my heart to higher vibrations, but expressing my personal truth took much longer. Like many, I could share abstract insights—but not my own creative voice. That’s where true integration begins.
On this journey, I have seen the importance of embodying and expressing the higher vibrations of the true self. I realize now that the stages of expanding, breathing, and expressing are truly inseparable.
Putting your creativity ahead of dogma
This has shed new light on parts of the spiritual path that I walked in the past. Although the non-dual tradition provided great wisdom to me, it also perpetuated and justified my inability to express myself.
Spirituality and creativity are inseparable. By expanding your consciousness, you can get new creative ideas which I call landing spots – places within you where you express your energy in the physical. If a teaching rejects your new landing spots because of dogmatism, I invite you to put your own creativity before the rules of others.
Why Judging Your Expression Blocks Transformation
The core of my message is not to judge your own expression. To embody higher vibrations, you also need to face your shadow. When you express how you feel, even if it is negative, you give yourself an opportunity to work with that expression. By facing the shadow, you also connect to the path of transformation.

Expanding your consciousness, as we do in my workshops and one-to-one sessions, is just the first step in a bigger process.
However, expansion alone isn’t sufficient. The next step, Breathing, involves fully feeling your emotions. The third is Expression – giving your inner truth a voice. Without these, insights remain abstract.
Integration follows a simple rhythm: Expand → Breathe → Express. This circle is called The basic Rhythm in my book, Verbal Dancing.

The way you interact with the world is influenced by your beliefs, consciously and unconsciously. Through Verbal Dancing you can flow with words, instead of encountering them as obstacles.
From ‘Landing’ to Expressing: Evolving the Integration Process
In Verbal Dancing, I first described the integration process as Expanding, Breathing, and Landing – where “landing” means bringing higher energies into your emotional and physical reality.
But over time, I realized that our landing spot is often our unique creative expression. That’s why I now say Expanding, Breathing, and Expressing – different words, but the same essential journey of spiritual integration.
When we don’t engage with all three steps, we can feel overwhelmed by unprocessed energy. But with conscious breathing and authentic expression, we begin to stabilize our growth and live our truth.

Why it’s important to face the Shadow
If you are unaware of this process, your consciousness expansion will bring up many issues, and you will lack the tools to resolve them. Therefore, it is very important to deepen your understanding of conscious breathing, your shadow aspects, and your self-expression.
