In Verbal Dancing, you can explore how creative spirituality can guide your journey.
A structured exploration of creative spirituality and inner experience
This carefully constructed book leads you into the rhythm of expanding, breathing and expressing.
Rather than giving spiritual abstractions, Verbal Dancing unfolds in practical stages. This approach gently supports your inner experience.
Interwoven throughout are meditations from Archangel Michael. This spiritual perspective guides your journey without imposing a belief system.
Verbal Dancing takes a layered approach to inner experience:
- Your natural flow
- Shifting emotional issues
- Spiritual awakening
- Finding meaning
- Inner safety and support
Thus, the book speaks to different layers of your inner experience. These layers work together to realize your potential.
You can explore this work in sequence, or use it according to your own curiosity.
Truthful self-development
Verbal Dancing is my foundation. I use a simple creative rhythm: Expanding, Breathing and Expressing.
It laid the groundwork for much of what I share today.
Rather than offering a set of beliefs, Verbal Dancing invites you into a natural flow.

Iām Michiel, a Verbal Dancer
After following non-dual teachings for eight years, I felt unfulfilled. I had been laser focused on spiritual beliefs, but my life had stagnated.
I started questioning the very teachings I had followed. Through a deep journey, I began to recognize a rhythm that helped me realize my potential.
I wrote this guide to invite you into that natural rhythm of life: Expanding, breathing and expressing.
This book was written during a lived journey, so I kept some of its rawness in the text.
Living creative spirituality – the rough edges
I didn’t remove every rough edge because the book reflects the process in which its ideas emerged.
Each section introduces an aspect of creative spirituality. This way, you can gradually deepen the practice of expanding, breathing and expressing.
This isn’t another system of knowledge though.
It’s a natural flow.
If you feel stuck in a particular way of thinking – even spiritually – the basic rhythm helps to get back into flow.
Verbal Dancing invites you to explore something new in a safe space. You can allow this book to inform you from the comfort of your own home.
As you read, you might get a sense of the mental load from a spiritual teaching or non-dual belief-system. That’s because I literally wrote this book while I was letting go of that. It’s very much written from within that experience.
If the ideas in the book sound a bit definitive, it’s because I was experiencing things in a profound way. The book captures that experience as it was unfolding.
Then there are also the meditations from Archangel Michael, which I integrated a bit later. You don’t need to read them to get the message of the book. But they can soothe and soften the message, if you’re open to it.
If this website introduces the structure of creative spirituality, Verbal Dancing is the lived creative process.

What Is Verbal Dancing?
Verbal Dancing is a way to explore your potential through creative spirituality. It has a natural rhythm of Expanding, Breathing and Expressing.
Since I published Verbal Dancing in 2014, I keep coming back to its main message. On my subsequent Starseed journey, I see this basic rhythm all around. Thus it has become a part of much of my work, including this website.
When I started to recognize the basic rhythm in everyday life, I saw its transformative power everywhere.
Next, let’s explore specific ways in which the basic rhythm unfolds.

These are not prescriptions. They are invitations.
Verbal Dancing: a creative alternative to fixed systems
Some teachings offer a model of the world, and tell you who you are within that. Others try to define you through negation by telling you what you are not.
Verbal dancing focuses more on exploration. It encourages you to walk your own path, question fixed belief systems and develop your unique expression.
The aim is not to replace one way of thinking with another. Verbal Dancing supports your own natural flow of expanding, breathing and expressing.
Verbal Dancing is a gentle way to suggest a new approach. It’s a way to explore creative spirituality in your own way. You can return to it whenever it feels in alignment for you.
