What is a gentle breathing practice?
A gentle breathing practice gives you a simple way to come back to yourself by reconnecting with your breath. Sensing the flow of your breath and noticing your breathing rhythm can create a harmonious space for spiritual integration.

Sometimes it can be really nice to have a pause from activity. A space just to be, and to explore your inner experience.
In the video below, I offer a gentle space to settle.
Introduction to the gentle breathing practice
In this video, you’re invited to follow the natural rhythm of your breath.
- Imagine breathing in light
- As you breathe out, you let go of what you no longer need
You might feel the contact point with the chair or floor beneath you. Noticing this can help with anchoring a sense of safety.
As you continue, you allow gentle energy to flow through all parts of your body.

Transcription of the breathing meditation
A warm welcome to this conscious breathing practice.
You can do this whenever you feel you want to anchor a sense of safety, you just want a quiet peaceful moment, or you simply want to bring in more light. Let's breathe in and out.
And as you breathe in, you might simply feel parts of your body expand as the air flows in. And as you breathe out you might give anything back that you no longer need. Simply in and out in a calm rhythm.
As you breathe in you might imagine how that calm breath just flows through all of your body, and each time you imagine it you're also bringing in that feeling of calmth - of peace.
Simply allowing the breath to flow in and out. And you might also feel within your body how the air flows in and out and just feeling something can only bring in a sense of safety.
Perhaps you also feel the point of contact between your body and the seat you're sitting on, or the surface you're lying on, or your feet and the floor.
if you're standing up. And just feeling how the earth carries you might also bring in a sense of safety, something that you can anchor into - even if you explore other states of consciousness.
Some people do. You can just go back to that anchor, that sense of safety within the body - allowing that on each breath, allowing yourself to feel safe.
And for a moment I'd like to to invite you to gently close your eyes and with your eyes closed you might feel even more. You might tune to the feeling of the air flowing in and out of your body on each breath and how it feels to simply be.
We've tuned to anchoring a sense of safety, feeling a sense of peace and now you might also feel that on each breath. Just breathing in light. And you breathe in - you can visualize it to bring in the feeling.
You're breathing light.
And you're feeling how that light flows into every cell of your body.
And it flows through all your channels - arteries flows through your nervous system flows through all there subtle channels of energy. Breathing in light, breathing out what you no longer need.
And this breathing practice was inspired by my spiritual guides by Archangel Michael. And if you resonate with that you might also tune to that energy to that sense of safety and natural protection. On each breath breathing in light, and sometimes you might just breathe more deeply take an extra deep breath just to bring in those feelings of safety, peace, and light even more.
You can attune to this whenever you feel you need a quiet moment a moment of peace, you'd like to anchor into sense of safety, or simply bring in more light.
Let's take one more deep breath and you might just take that energy with you as you move through your day.
Thank you for tuning in together, and sending love and blessings
