I had visions of spiritual manipulation that were hard to understand at first.
Themes such as control, manipulation and hidden forces can feel unsettling.
How can we allow visions to develop into something more practical, and what could block us from doing so?
Those questions changed how I look at my own experiences.

Introduction
Some time ago, I began receiving a stream of intuitive information.
Powerful images appeared. There were narratives about frequency, and how it was controlled.
I started to write things down.
Without filtering anything, I just wrote what I saw. I published it on-line too.
Now I feel that I need to clarify one thing.
I didn’t feel called to fight or rescue. It wasn’t a mission, nor was I the chosen one.
I was simply receiving information.
When I received this original vision, one phrase kept coming back….

I kept reflecting on this line, and something started to shift deep inside my heart.
The Polarization Filter — A Dream Image
Some years after this, I received a second vision in a dream. The insights I received greatly helped the understanding of the original vision to fall into place.
This happened during heightened solar activity.
There was a subtle shift in collective energy – significant but almost undetectable.
It had to do with a shift towards more chaos in the collective.
Keep in mind that this was in the moment. I hadn’t figured out yet in what way it was true.

Recent developments (2025) 📝
Recently, in a time of great solar activity, new developments were shown to me in a dream.
I saw how an invisible filter was overlaying reality. It was so thin that it was undetectable.
Everything looked exactly the same.
I realized later that this is a polarization filter. Similar to UV sunglasses, it’s hard to see the difference.
Polarization can be added to any electromagnetic wave.
The effect on the mind is that it increasingly polarizes. You will be tempted to see things black and white, without nuance.
This shows that in the 2020’s, the agenda changed. Before, it was more about controlling the frequency. Now, it seems to be more about sowing chaos.
Noticing polarization is already a step toward clarity.
My deeper insights from visions of spiritual manipulation
I didn’t draw definitive conclusions from my dream, nor did I perceive this as drama.
There was a simple insight that followed for me, personally.
🧲 Polarization lowers your vibration.
This may or may not resonate with you.
If you like it phrased in a different way:
When nuance collapses, fear increases.
I felt the importance of heart-connection over choosing sides in a debate.
Taking a breath, slowing down and listening to the other can be very healing
The blessings and traps of visions
Receiving visions can really open our mind and our heart.
They can feel like revelations.
Puzzle pieces coming together.
At other times, it can feel heavy.
It can feel like there are enemies and traps out there.
In my original vision I received messages that could easily be taken that way.
Lemurian love heals frequency control 📝
There is currently an attempt to control the frequencies of our vessels based on karmic energies from earlier civilizations. Humanity is awakening to spiritual truth, and therefore the frequency of every cell and atom in the human body is naturally rising. This acceleration can be felt in every layer of our vessel, for we have not only a physical body, but also a mental/emotional body and an energetic body. The old karmic energies manifesting as ‘The Powers that Were’ have an interest in slowing this process down.
Take a breath and let anything that you don’t need fall away
Many people get it once or twice in their life: visions that are hard to understand at first.
It can seem like a choice between taking it literal, or dismissing it. Or a choice between outside enemies or inner peace.
But we can also allow it to unfold, without rushing to conclusions.
There are often deeper messages in these kind of visions.
Insights that apply to our own life.
We can take a breath, and open up to those messages. We don’t need to know what they are straight away.
Atlantis and Lemuria in visions of spiritual manipulation
Many people encounter intuitive images about Atlantis and Lemuria during spiritual awakening experiences.
For some, Atlantis appears as a technological society that lost its heart-connection.
Others experience it as a very peaceful and inspiring place.
When they attune to Lemuria, people often feel a harmony with nature, compassion, and the heart.
Others experience emotional memories about the fall of Lemuria.
Because of the diversity of experience, it’s good to approach the subject with an open mind.
You don’t need to believe in Atlantis or Lemuria.
They can also be seen as inner templates that show us:
- The danger of a mechanical mindset when losing connection with the heart.
- The possibility of the heart guiding intelligence in a different way
What matters most is how your experience guides you toward greater clarity and compassion.
Sometimes intuitive language can help to notice deeper patterns within.

A brief history: From Atlantis to Lemuria 📝
Let’s look at a little history before I explain the attempted frequency control in more detail. We go back to the Atlantean societies, which were first pushed back in time and then scrapped altogether from history books. Some of these civilizations were peaceful, but others destroyed themselves through war and misuse of crystalline technology, because many forgot the light of their Source.
If we went back in time a bit more, we would find the original creation of the Lemurian civilization, where there was more connection with nature and our Source. The Lemurian energy can heal frequency control, because it connects us back to our Heart, the portal to our Source.
You don’t need to take any of this literally. Sometimes intuitive language simply helps us explore deeper patterns.
One way to relate to this vision is that it acknowledges the danger of power, manipulation and control.
Civilizations sometimes destroy themselves through misuse of power.
In my vision, the Lemurian civilization can be seen as a template for connection to nature, compassion and universal love.
Understanding visions of spiritual manipulation
After this, I received more visions related to frequency and distortion.
Some elements of the visions were more like interesting side notes, you can unfold them below if you wish.
To understand frequency control we need to look at the crystalline technology that was used in Atlantean times. The Atlanteans knew about the evolutionary potential of humanity, and they used powerful techniques to amplify their abilities of manifestation.
They could move objects through sound (this is how some of the pyramids were build, and also Stonehenge was built with this technique), create light without electricity and modify genetics. Each of these abilities is based on crystalline technology.
In crystalline technology one creates a vibrational pattern in crystals that sets up a morphic field in the surroundings.
This also happens naturally and joyfully when we play a crystal bowl or another crystalline instrument. But if we would smash the crystal bowl instead, anyone listening would feel a shock!
Staying close to the heart after visions of spiritual manipulation
Powerful visions can sometimes be taken as fixed explanations about the world.
At times, this can be tempting. Less ambiguity makes it easier to act.
Shared explanations can grow into larger narratives. Communities can grow around certain beliefs.
This process is human. Sometimes, it’s easy to lose track of the original experience.
Something you can try with intuitive insights to stay close to the heart:
- See how intuitive insights reflect in your own life.
- For example, consider how ‘frequency control’ reflects as environments that amplify a certain mood.
- Or ask: what do Atlantis or Lemuria mean to me?

My visions continued.
Amplification of intent 📝
The basic effect of crystalline technology is an amplification of the intent we put into the crystal. Therefore, crystals can also be used for psychic or physical manipulation. The Atlanteans spied on each other in this way (think about some of the classic tales about crystal balls, they are based on actual techniques), and they drained energy from the Earth and from each other. This ultimately led to cycles of destruction.
Please keep in mind that these were visions that appeared at one time in my life – no need to believe anything
We can relate this to the modern world.
Electronic devices contain tiny crystals too.
They can be used to amplify fear, or to anchor love.
If we look at this intuitively, we can translate it to the influence of technology on our own life.
As these experiences unfolded, more imagery from Atlantis and Lemuria surfaced in my awareness.
We generally use a stick to play a crystal bowl, but the Atlanteans learned to manipulate crystals through psychokinesis, which means the moving of objects through the power of the mind. Specifically, the Atlanteans brought the crystals into vibrational states, patterns that had a certain intended effect on the environment.
Our current (‘modern’) technology is very different from the Atlantean. Humanity is not trained at manipulating objects through their mind, let alone crystalline frequencies. Most people don’t know anything about their own spiritual abilities, because that knowledge is kept from us. However, the ‘Powers that were’ use crystalline technology in subtle ways, that are unknown to most people
The visions were about the physical power of vibration.
Whatever way I looked at it, these visions were about how power can be used.
I started to realize that this wasn’t about engaging in an external battle.
It was about realizing my inner power.
When technology amplifies perception
As I continued writing down the images I received, some of them became surprisingly specific.
I began to see connections between crystals, technology, and the way signals move through modern communication systems.
Our current technology is very different from the Atlantean, and often disconnected from spirituality and the heart.
Could crystalline technology be used in subtle ways that are unknown to most people?
In those moments, interpretations naturally appeared in my mind.
I wrote down these intuitive visions about crystalline technology
- Radio and Televisions resonate and amplify crystalline vibrations from the transmitter.
- Crystals in computers and newer televisions.
- Intravenous injections that contain crystallized metals
- Electromagnetic waves from radio and mobile phones that amplify crystalline frequencies
- Acoustic waves.
- Weather modification through metallic particles in the air that resonate with crystalline frequencies from base stations
These points came to me in the time of a vision. I’m sharing them to reflect on the practical insights that followed.
My visions suggested that crystalline structures in technology could amplify frequencies of intention.
These were the kind of visions I received at that time.
As I was writing about these visions, something important became clear.
Reclaiming power through natural joy 📝
Beyond using crystalline technology, it is even more powerful to simply attune to our natural joy and playfulness, and to transmit these frequencies to the crystals in our devices, our atmosphere and our blood. This is not a technology, it is natural healing. It is more powerful because we are coming from our Source, rather than using mental control.
Even if visions contain messages about control, you can always connect with your heart.
What I realized was about agency.
If we are just going through the motions of life, we can get manipulated.
But by consciously attuning to our breath and our heart, we anchor our own frequency.
How my reflection changed my approach
When I first received these visions, I took them more literal.
I didn’t doubt myself, or the value of what I received. What changed was how I interpreted it.
Rather than dwelling on stories within the visions, I attuned to my frequency in the here and now.
From there, it didn’t matter so much who was trying to control. Instead, different questions appeared:
- How can I attune to love and neutrality?
- Can I stay attuned even when others are polarized?
- How can I inspire them to come back to heart connection?
One way that I found helpful is connecting to nature.
I didn’t want to reject technology. Instead, I wanted to find new ways to use it.
Here’s the information I received:
Returning to Lemurian heart connection
Going back to the Love from Lemuria, our natural expression, we can find that this connection helps us to go beyond fear. It can bring in a natural Heart connection that overrides anything negative or controlling. If we are not afraid, we can use the internet to spread information about Lemuria. We can sing Light Language to the crystals in the air (the atmosphere), and to the crystals in our blood, so that they start to resonate in a natural pattern of Love.
Living in harmony with natural frequencies
Lemuria didn’t use much technology, it surrendered to the natural flow of being. When we go back to this state of being and apply it to everything, our technology also starts to resonate with this naturalness and love. We can create molecules of light through meditation and light language, and in this light the propagation of any frequency control cannot continue.
Take a deep breath, and breath in light. On an out-breath, release what doesn’t resonate for you.

What spiritual manipulation was revealed to you?
On reflection, the way that I would describe the spiritual manipulation is:
- Using polarization, which divides people and keeps them away from their heart, for personal gain.
- Using technology to spy on people and steal their attention (one of our most valuable assets.)
- A mechanical mindset, cut off from a natural heart connection, leading to using power while not being in alignment.
- Forgetting the importance of intention when designing new technologies (attention gets amplified).
This is about awareness, not starting an inner or outer battle. We can look at the way society functions, and see that the manipulation is there.
How can we hold intense visions of spiritual manipulation?
Some spiritual visions can contain vivid imagery and dramatic narratives. (others are much more about nature and stillness)
If you receive such a vision, a useful thing to say to yourself might be: you don’t need to solve or explain this straight way.
That opens a space for love – for yourself and for the outside world.
Another thing you could say to yourself is: This feels true, but I don’t know (yet) when, where and in what way it’s true.
And finding out all the details can be a longer process. It might come through intuitive glimpses in a process over many years.
Therefore, it can really help to write things down, so that you can reflect on them later. Perhaps look at your notes in 6 months, and then a year, to see how your understanding develops.
To allow experiences to unfold in a natural way, it can help to keep some space for not knowing. This helps to avoid vision narratives to become fixed beliefs.
One of the insights that emerged for me was about polarization and neutrality.
This insight eventually guided me to organize the workshop Heart-Connected: The Way Forward.
In this and other workshops, I have often seen how polarization can soften when people reconnect with the heart.
When we stay curious rather than certain, the energy of polarization often begins to soften.
How can use technology in a positive way, rather than being manipulated by it?
Phones and devices often have elements in them that are designed for manipulation, unfortunately.
Our brains are sensitive to something new, so engineers came up with infinite scroll. That means there isn’t a natural moment for pausing and taking a breath.
Additionally, notification sounds can keep us endlessly distracted.
Social media are designed to manipulate our emotions too, by keeping our attention as long as possible.
I have found tips from Swedish author Anders Hansen really helpful. He explains how our brains get hacked, and how can take back our sovereignty. Particularly, ‘The Attention Fix’ goes into this more deeply.
