Why I keep returning to the news
I am often moved to read the news and to learn about world events.
In many ways I do not prefer to look at it, because it brings in the mental and emotional density of the collective. However, I keep finding myself going back to reading news articles.
Intuitive Insights from my Starseed Vision
Over time, I began to interpret this pull through my starseed orientation.
My Pleiadian guides tell me that by being involved with the news, we bring in love and light from the higher dimensions. As a wave of consciousness we change the vibration of what is going on.
Every time we read a story on the news, we become a socket that our higher levels can plug into. This socket of consciousness doesn’t go away after we put down the story; it remains beyond space and time as a useful access point that light can be channeled into.
Guidance for looking at the news
It can be helpful to return to your breath.
Breathe in light, and breathe out what you no longer need.
Perhaps there are habits that could help you when looking at the news.
For example, I find it helpful to read the news on-line, rather than watching it. I feel less emotional density when looking at that way, which makes it easier to return to my breath.
A Personal Reflection on Divine Will 📝
Please see this as a personal diary reflection in one period of my life, rather than an absolute truth.
I look at it as a nudge: optional and momentary.
“The message I get from my guides is not to worry too much about the world. Connecting to world events, and bringing healing for the collective, is not a burden or a vow to take on. When it becomes such a mission, we lose our joy and playfulness, and we take the weight of the collective on our shoulders.
Reading the news, and connecting to world events, is something that seems to happen by itself, without willing it. Many of us are taught to give too much credence to personal, ‘linear’, will anyway, and to overlook Divine Will.
Well, it is Divine Will which keeps bringing me back to reading the news, because of the divine purpose within it.”
Reflecting on the news through creative spirituality
Beliefs I questioned in the expanding stage
I found these insights really interesting, but they needed a bit more practical anchoring.
In the expanding stage of creative spirituality I gently questioned beliefs about my new insights.
One belief I questioned was about specialness. I realized that sending light to places that are in the news is something everyone can do – not just me.
Another belief was about responsibility. When I questioned this, I realized that I don’t need to take the world on my shoulders.
Because of these realizations, my ambiguity started to make more sense. Sometimes I needed to let go of responsibility for the world. And other times I was drawn in to engage again, but a lighter way.
Pausing and taking a breath
When I went into the breathing stage, I felt must lighter. It was like old mission energy was falling off of me.
I don’t carry the belief that I’m on a mission. However, sometimes it can become a habit to feel responsible for the world. That can still feel like a mission, effectively.
When I allowed old energy to fall of of my shoulders, I felt much freer.
Expressing
What really helped for me was taking notes of these experiences and insight. That’s how I was able to express them here.
The expression can really help for integration.
Expression is the third stage of creative spirituality, which consists of expanding, breathing and expressing.

Personal reflection: the stargate & light codes
“Recently, when lying awake at night, I felt heavy emotional sentiments that were going in locations in the Middle East, of people polarized into loving one country and hating another. (which is not exclusive to the middle east, obviously, however this is were I was taken)
At some point, the mental chatter subsided and I felt the presence of a star-gate. It looked a bit like a picture I had seen of a recently discovered black hole, but the edges were thinner.

More started to happen while I was still lying down and breathing quietly.
I started to get more and more information, and I was receiving light codes that were flowing through this stargate. I felt there were many beings of light coming through, from many dimensions.
In this process, I was shown joyful potentials of Heaven on Earth. However, this powerful energy can also stir up tensions and bring up energies that resist these higher potentials.
Many beings were communicating with me, in tones of reassurance, telling me that everything is in Divine Order.”
Meeting Expansive Experiences with Care
The care has a lot to do with certainty vs. leaving space for not knowing.
People sometimes think that I’m sharing a belief system. But I’m actually sharing inspiration through ideas taken lightly. It’s a huge difference.
You can meet expansive experiences with care through taking beliefs lightly.
If you take insights as absolutes, there is nothing that stops your mind from creating a dogma. But if you leave space for expansive experiences to develop, guidance can keep your understanding on the right track.
Common questions
Can one person really bring in energy for a whole country
This might sound grandiose for someone who is not familiar with (multidimensional) awakening. But for someone who has worked with energy, it doesn’t.
It might have to do with a different way of thinking, and could especially be hard to understand for someone who is goal-oriented. It can sound like the intention to send love or energy means an assumption of control.
But for an light/energy worker, it’s just like thinking about someone you love, or sending love to them. It comes from an inner knowing that we are all connected. That includes larger systems such as regions or countries.
How can I send love and compassion without taking on collective energy?
You could visualize a scale model of the earth in front of you. Imagine that you can use your hands to send light to it. This can be a beautiful meditation that also helps to maintain an emotional boundary.
