2. Compassion & Expression
A gentle opening into compassion… for yourself and others.
The presence of Quan Yin may be felt here as a symbolic or intuitive support.

You may notice that compassion is not something you create…
but something that becomes available when there is space.
3. Returning to Wholeness
A quiet process of integration.

- Resting in a more neutral, grounded presence

1) What is unconditional love? (Depths of Love)
- Rising above fear
- Trusting the Universe, and feeling light family around you.
- The difference between unconditional love and emotional attachment
- Rising above the 4th dimension, letting go of karmic contracts and soul agreements.
- The process is more important than the goal
- Celebrating unlimited possibilities, embracing joy and freedom.
When we looked at these cards, the Forgiveness card jumped out of the pack. As I went through the meditations on the Depths of Love card, working down by the fjord with the sound of gentle waves, the images from the Forgiveness card came through very powerfully. So I am kind og expecting forgiveness, also self forgiveness, to come through as we work with the wonder lemurian and dolphin energies in the first part of our workshop.
2) Shining your Light
Quan Yin and her beautiful pink dragon came through very powerfully as I worked with this card.
Quan Yin holds this wonderful vase of the nectar of compassion. As I worked through a compassion process, working with the compassion for the sufferings of others, I seemed as if , for every tear that fell, there was a little drop more of the energy of Compassion held in Quan Yins vase, Compassion for the sufferings of the world being held to be released as we move into the collective Ascension.
I hope to be able to convey the feeling and energy of this powerful experience during our workshop. We will definitely be making a contribution to Global Ascension, as we work with this part of the workshop.
3) Bringing opposites back into oneness through emotional healing (Fire and Water)
- Resolving ancients splits and dualities
- Coming back into oneness and neutrality which is unconditional love
- Shining Light on ancient wounds from a oneness perspective
- Connecting with light family and bringing in healing energy
- Abiding in beautiful energies of unconditional love.
- Enjoying the expression of your love and wisdom.
I believe that healing ancient soul wounds and fragmentations is very much in focus at the moment, and other channels of the higher dimensional energies are also bringing this onto the agenda.
As we heal the old soul wound and integrate some of the parts of the soul that have been having higher dimensional experiences, we can become more “whole”. This will empower us to bring through the energies of our I AM Presence very powerfully as we contribute to the global double dimension shift, bringing through precisely what is right for us, according to Divine plan.
As I work with this part of the process, I fell supported by Archangel Uriel – Angel of the solar plaxus chakra, but also Angel of Peace, who shows us how to be powerful and peaceful at the same time.

From Expressing Unconditional Love, your Natural State
Tagging Michiel Kroon and Richard Modlock further to their beautiful workshop yesterday “Expressing Unconditional Love, your natural state”. The Unicorn came in to remind us that our Light Family is always around us, always ready to take our hands.
I love that Michiel and Richard have highlighted the invitation to “Express” unconditional love, our natural state.
Most of us have a concept, an idea of what unconditional love is, likewise, are we expressing it in our own lives? I have read many times, and aware in my own life, that we can only change through simply “grasping” a concept, we need to BE unconditional love through our thoughts, words, actions and behaviour for lasting and positive change.
Unconditional Love is so removed from society, as a norm, that many of us no longer know how to “express” unconditional love?
This workshop will enable you to Access the Vibration of Expressing Unconditional Love within yourself. You won’t need to grasp anything. It will create a shift, within you, to become it.
Michiel and Richard will guide you to Remember that part of yourself. It is already within you waiting to be Activated. You will feel an automatic shift; a coming Home, a knowing, a softness, a remembrance.
